New Business:
Matthew Lemke moved to approve Alternate Bid Packages (listed below) for the Lincoln Phase II; contingent upon a successful pre-award interview of the contractor to confirm the bid amount and construction schedule:
- Alternate #1B: Re-roof existing deck with the new EPDM membrane, re-use existing insulation, assume R-10 and add insulation to meet code compliance, new parapet cap and associated details
- Alternate #2A: Add new ACT ceiling in existing hallways
- Alternate #2B: Extend existing hallway walls to deck
- Alternate #3: New access road connecting Pioneer Road to the revised building loop road.
- Alternate #4: New sound attenuation panels and baffles in existing Pre-K Cafeteira (RM 174)

Melanie Cole moved to approve the Construction Base Bid Package of $11,264,855 for Lincoln Phase II project; contingent upon a successful pre-award interview of the contractor to confirm the bid amount and construction schedule. The motion was seconded by Kirby Anderson and carried unanimously.
