RESOLUTION ON THE RETIREMENT OF LAURA RODER
WHEREAS Laura Roder began her employment with the Fergus Falls Public Schools in October 1996, and
WHEREAS Laura has been a valued employee with the Fergus Falls Public Schools for the past 27 years, and
WHEREAS Laura has been a dedicated language arts teacher for the district and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Fergus Falls School Board to thank Laura Roder for her 27 years of service to the Fergus Falls Public Schools.

Melanie Cole moved to approve the agreement between McDowall Company (contractor), R.A. Morton & Associates, LLC (construction manager) and Zerr Berg Architects (architect) and the Fergus Falls Public Schools for the Phase II Lincoln Project - 7A Roofing (L&M). The motion was seconded by Stephen Vigesaa and carried unanimously.
Stephen Vigesaa moved to approve the agreement between CFS Interiors & Flooring (contractor), R.A. Morton & Associates, LLC (construction manager) and Zerr Berg Architects (architect) and the Fergus Falls Public Schools for the Phase II Lincoln Project - 9B Tilework (L&M). The motion was seconded by Kirby Anderson and carried unanimously.
Matthew Lemke moved to approve the agreement between Twin City Hardware Company (contractor), R.A. Morton & Associates, LLC (construction manager) and Zerr Berg Architects (architect) and the Fergus Falls Public Schools for the Phase II Lincoln Project - 8A Doors, Frames, and Hardware (MO). The motion was seconded by Melanie Cole and carried unanimously.
The next regular School Board meeting will be held at 5:15 pm Monday, November 13, 2023 in the Otter Community Room at the Kennedy Secondary School.
Stephen Vigesaa made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:22 pm. The motion was seconded by Kirby Anderson and carried unanimously.
A work session followed the regular board meeting.
A special school board meeting will be held at 7:15 am, Monday, November 6, 2023 in the Otter Community Room.
