Mrs. Swenson's third graders had a wonderful time exploring the prairie at the Prairie Wetlands Learning Center! They studied prairie insects by catching them in nets and taking a closer look at these amazing little creatures.

Each month, the visit to the PWLC is a highlight for those students, giving them the opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with nature in a hands-on way. They are so thankful to have this incredible resource right in our own backyard and for the chance to experience the beauty and wonders of the prairie throughout the year!
