If you missed the 9th grade orientation, here's the presentation:
Fergus Falls Middle School wants your son or daughter to get their school year off to a great start and the “Right Start” program will help ensure that is exactly what happens. We are inviting your child to join the other incoming 5th graders for a school orientation day on August 17th. Students that join us will learn about the 5th grade routines, get a tour of the building, practice locker combinations, and other important information.
There will also be a short informational session for parents at the beginning of the session you choose. We will begin in the Kennedy School Main Entrance “A” and meet in the Foyer Area.
You are invited to select one of the two sessions being offered:
Please consider having your child join us for the “Right Start” program. If interested, you can click on this link to sign up, Right Start OR call Mr. Hirst @218-998-0544 ext. 9605 to register by August 11th. If calling in to register, please provide the following information; child’s name, parent name, phone number, and which session will work best for your family. This schedule begins Fall 2023:
The Fergus Falls Supermilage team placed 4th in the Super Sport class competition at Brainerd International Speedway. The car they built, named "Momma's Boy", averaged 256 MPG with a top run of 310 MPG.
The team is advised by Dennis Wutzke.

What a way to finish a strong spring season for the Otters Adapted Bowling team! Nathan Graham and Zade Carlson took home the honors as State Champions in Doubles, while Evan Kugler placed 6th to medal in singles competition. 7th grader Tucker Kugler just missed the podium placing 12th overall.
In the team competition, our team of Tariq Billings, Evan Kugler, Ian Iverson and Joe Polejewski placed 8th out of 17, but have their sights set on next year getting to the podium!
We will miss our star senior Haily Merchant's leadership next year as she has been our rock, making it to state 5 years in a row!
