Dear Otter Parents and Students,
It is with great pleasure that I serve the Fergus Falls High School and community as the principal. It is an honor to lead the school with a history of success in academics, athletics, and fine arts. True growth and development come when you purposefully develop deep relationships with students, staff, parents, and your community. Our goal is to make sure that ALL voices are heard which then enables our leaders within our high school to make the right decisions for our students and community to grow and develop into great leaders themselves. The focus for FFHS is to make sure we develop a well rounded student who has had multiple opportunities to develop a sense of community, career and college pathway, and exposure off campus in job shadowing which will enable students to make the right choices for their future after high school. As a learning community, we are committed to providing each and every student a rigorous education that challenges them to be their best selves today, tomorrow, and in their future. Together we are better, and the more opportunities we can involve the whole Fergus Falls community, the better we will be as a school.
IT IS ALWAYS A GREAT DAY TO BE AN OTTER!!!

Each semester my students compete against the entire state of Minnesota in a stock market simulation. They are given $100,000 to invest into the stock market in real-time.
After 3 months of trading, I'm happy to report that four Fergus Falls teams ended up in 1st, 2nd, 4th, & 5th place in the entire state of Minnesota out of over 1,000 teams!
It's been an incredible semester with some wonderful students putting a TON of time into this project. Listed below are their total earnings and places.
A group of actors rehearses a play within a play within a play. As the plot complications multiply, the actors begin to forget who is playing whom and who is the real director -- as opposed to the actor who is playing the director, or vice versa. Then they can't seem to remember who they really are, as opposed to the people they are playing in any of the various scripts. Then things start to get confusing…
