Greetings from the Fergus Falls Area Learning Center! 

We are proud to provide students with a smaller, more individualized setting and rich opportunities in which to earn their diplomas. As a school, we take into account what the students need the most to graduate and set personalized goals to get there.  Although the ALC focuses on academic progress, we also build relationships through teamwork, special opportunities, time for conversations with staff, and authentic family connections.

Additionally, the ALC is home to the Fergus Falls Public School District's Targeted Services.  We host Otter Adventures for elementary students, REACH for Middle School, and Credit Recovery for grades 9-12. All of these services add another opportunity for students to build on their current knowledge and stay on track for graduation with their cohort.  The teaching and learning staff members are continually dedicated to working on their practice and growing together to best serve our students right where they are from the day they arrive until they are holding their diploma.
